Day 3

LESSON OF THE DAY:
My lesson today came from the literature I had to read during dinner. The nutritional facts about Starbucks different coffees. If you are going to Starbucks for a caffeine pick me up you are best off to go with a small black coffee. With only 5 calories it has far more caffeine than any other drink at Starbucks. The calories of the drinks can get over 500 calories with a White Chocolate Mocha being the highest in calories pre-add-ons. Its a dessert drink with some caffiene if you get any of their fancy drinks. As Marty crane says on Frasier(I know I'm a dork), "I'm a regular joe and I like my joe regular."

Breakfast I had a Spinach Tortilla with three eggs and Green Onion that is growing in my kitchen and fresh Mexican Basil sitting in the sunlight in my living room with Blue Mountain coffee.

At Chipotle had a watter with Lemon in it and split a Barbacoa bowl with Double D.

I joined a swanky gym and then had a banana and glass of water.

Afternoon pick me up, after afternoon nap.

I had sometime to kill but couldn't get all the way home so I went to Target and created a feast for myself. Starting off with some Strawberries.

Honey Almond Yogurt. I used to eat tons of this stuff now I find it too sweet.

Honey Mustard and Onion Nibblers. Very tasty :D Also, splurged on a Powerade zero.

Some Natural Peanut Butter with Celery ends my feast.

After plugging in all the food I ate today into sparkpeople.com I realized I didn't get near enough calories. So, feeling a little hungry and having eaten about a 1,000 calories less than I should have I decided to have a late night snack of some Nibblers :D

Day 2

Lesson of the day. Check your eggs before you get home. One of my eggs was cracked. Eleven is a Carol's dozen.

Breakfast:Three eggs, a banana, blue mountain coffee, and a glass of water. Trying to catch up to news about Hurricane Irene.

I grilled eggplant on my George Foreman grill. And I made the worlds biggest salad (Don't make your meals for the next day after sharing a jug of sangria with friends)

Coffee and Men's Health from 2004

Second round of eggplant and salad. Got too full to finish.

Third round I finally finish the massive amount of salad that I brought.

Went to Taste of Greece with my friend Lydia and her mom. Started out the fun with a few bites of Lydia's Octopus. It was A-Mazing!

A happy accident :D I just picked something off the board without having a clue what it is. I like the name SPANAKOPITA. IT turned out to be a Spinach-Cheese pie. So good!

Just standing around sharing a Greek Salad.

And some Greek drinks :D Ouzo with Lemonade and some Greek Brandy.

I got style!

Friday, August 26, 2011

Breakfast:
Fruit salad with Blue Mountain coffee and of course a second cup of coffee. :D

Lunch:

Sweet Potatos cooked the night before, a couple liters of water, spicey tomatoes and onions, celery and red peppers with homemade yogurt dip.

Dinner:

Large Sangria glass, thank you Ben. Along with cooked kale (yum!) and a Spinach wrap with leftover chicken and veggies with spicey yogurt.

The Sangria kept coming along with some dancing tunes :D

Temptation of the day:

Donuts! I was able to resist.

A girl at work brought these in, she never brings donuts. She brought these in literally the day after we told her a lot of people in our department are trying to eat healthier or lose weight. She lost a lot of weight recently. Guess she wants to be the only one.

SABOTAGE!!!!!!!
